His leadership experience includes supporting major organizations such as Exelon / Pepco, Verizon, and SiriusXM — with a focus on customer operations, digital platforms, stakeholder engagement, and operational performance improvement.
Emory holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and a master's degree in Engineering & Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
