The KORTYX Voice module captures inbound and outbound call audio, which is transcribed and analyzed by AI models to route calls, extract intent, and generate actionable summaries for your practice. These recordings may be retained for up to 90 days for quality assurance and model improvement purposes unless you request earlier deletion. KORTYX Agents and KORTYX Flow may also log automated conversation threads for audit and review. All AI-generated data is tied to your account and is not used to train shared models without express written consent.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement and business reporting purposes.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
